Sunny Side Up is a delightful one-story cabin with plenty of room for up to 13 guests and your furry friends. The cabin features three King Suites and a Bunk Room, making it the perfect retreat for families and friends. Outside, you’ll find a variety of activities, including outdoor games, a playset with a swing and slide, a hot tub, a fire pit, and outdoor living and dining areas. Ample parking is available for your convenience.

Living Room: The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, accent chairs, and a gas fireplace, providing the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying game day on the SMART TV. A sliding door connects the living space to the outdoor area.

Kitchen/Dining Area: The gourmet kitchen has all-new granite countertops and steel appliances, which are ideal for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen opens to a spacious dining table with seating for 10, creating a perfect setting for shared meals and meaningful conversations. Four bar stools at the kitchen counter provide additional seating.

Bedrooms: All the bedrooms are on one floor, featuring 3 King master suites and a Bunk room, each elegantly furnished with comfortable king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers and sinks. The Bunk Room also doubles as a game room with a Foosball table, SMART TV, arcade games, and various board games. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Outdoor Space: The outdoor patio features a range of amenities, including a ping pong table, gas grill, hot tub, playset, outdoor sofa, TV, firepit, and Giant Connect Four, offering modern luxury in a peaceful setting.

Sunny Side Up is located in a quiet subdivision north of Hochatown, providing easy access to key attractions such as Local259 (7 miles), Mountain Fork Brewery (7 miles), Grateful Head Pizza (9 miles), Broken Bow Lake (13 miles), and Beavers Bend State Park (16 miles).

Please note the following policies and guidelines:

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50/night/pet fee. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed, and recent vaccine records must be provided. Please be aware that pets are strictly prohibited from all furniture, and a penalty will be charged for violations.

Smoking: No smoking (including E-Cigarettes) is allowed inside the property or within 15 feet of exterior doors. A $300 special cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance.

Security Cameras: For security purposes, outdoor security cameras are in place, facing the house entrance and back entrance. There are no cameras inside the house.

Liability Notice: This rental cabin is privately owned, and a renter agreement is required for all guests.
